Derived from the philosophy of Taoism and other martial arts throughout thousands of years of Chinese history, Tai Chi can help you reduce stress, improve peace of mind and mental sharpness, reduce your chance of arthritis and arteriosclerosis, increase ankle, knee, hip joint, and leg bone density/strength; increase balance; correct body alignment; reduce blood pressure and cholesterol levels, and encourage better sleep. Master Instructor Dr. Cao comes with decades of experience practicing and teaching Tai Chi. Students will learn authentic Chinese Tai Chi with easy to understand progressions. $15 covers all three classes.
