Accounting Clerk/ Cashier – This position is responsible for processing A/R & A/P, cash transactions, Medicaid claims and assisting residents with Medicaid eligibility. Candidates should have bookkeeping/accounting experience, skill with Excel, accuracy and excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of medical billing a plus. 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Café Attendant – We have an opening for a Café Attendant in our charming lakeside restaurant on Lac LaBelle.
Located in our Center for Life Enrichment, you will have the opportunity to interact with our residents as well as members of the general public. Cheerful demeanor a must in this front counter position. As a Cafe Attendant, you will take orders and do simple food prep. Great hours, either 7 am – 3:30 pm or 8 am – 4 pm. Schedule includes every other weekend. Total of 45 hours in a two-week pay period. Related experience a plus but not required.
This position will participate in our Paid Time Off program and is eligible to participate in our Retirement plan. We offer free membership in our beautiful Fitness Center (with a pool) to all of our employees (only a small annual administrative fee is required).
Food Service Aide – Part-time – This position is located in the modern kitchen of our Health and Rehabilitation Center. Responsibilities include food prep, primarily for salads and desserts, dish washing, etc. Training provided.
Regular hours will be 6:30 – 2:30. Four shifts/week, including every other weekend, with additional shifts a possibility. Weekend Warrior CNAs – We’re hiring CNAs for our new Weekend Warriors program. Qualified CNAs can make $18 hr. by working any shift needed (as scheduled by Shorehaven) over the weekend, which begins for Shorehaven at 2 p.m. on Fridays and ends at 6 a.m. on Mondays. Must work eight shifts per month, with at least four of those being weekend shifts, as well as three holidays per year. Be sure to request the CNA Weekend Warrior program when you apply.

This position assists in a household of up to 15 residents and works closely with our CNAs. Primary duties include light cooking, serving meals and cleaning, with the opportunity to interact with residents.
Positions of at least 30 hours per 2-week period are eligible to accrue PTO; all employees enjoy free membership in our on-site fitness center (with just a small administrative fee), and participate in our retirement plan. Positions include every other weekend. Prior experience with seniors a plus.
Home Care Assistant – Part-time positions available 8am-1pm Saturday and Sunday, 6pm-11:30pm includes every other weekend and part-time with flexible scheduling. Will provide in-home services which may include housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, med reminders, or assistance with dressing and/or grooming. Must be 21 with a valid driver’s license, good driving record and reliable vehicle. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs., and assist with transfers of adult clients. Related experience, especially with seniors, a plus.
Household Attendant, Health and Rehab Center – Part-time openings Days (7-3) and PMs (4-8) including every other weekend. Position involves light cooking/serving meals and cleaning, with the opportunity to interact with residents. Minimum age 16. Training provided.
