Social Services Assistant – Part-Time – Seeking a caring, poised candidate with prior office experience including strong computer, phone and grammatical skills.  Experience with the senior population a plus.  Duties include assisting with admissions, conducting insurance checks, handling inquiries, and a variety of clerical duties.  20-25 hours per week, weekend rotation included, flexible scheduling with some evenings required.


Receptionist – Position is every other weekend (4:00 – 8:00pm); additional hours may be available. Must be friendly, outgoing, self-motivated and possess good computer and organizational skills.


Café Cook – Full-time – Benefit eligible position in our Café; shift hours vary between 6:00-2:30pm and 8:00-4:00; includes every other weekend. Experience preferred, but will train. Cooking knowledge is a must.


RN – PM Supervisor – We are seeking an experienced RN with evidence of leadership skills to oversee the care of residents, primarily in long-term & rehab settings, on 2nd shift. Outstanding assessment and strong communication skills required; this position works closely with MD’s and provides guidance for staff. At only 4 shifts/week (including every other weekend), this position is eligible for our full benefit program. Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (RN/LPN) – Benefit eligible opening Nights (10-6:15), part-time AMs, PMs and Nights, includes every other weekend. May work with rehab or long-term care residents.


Care Companion/CBRF – Part-time Night Position available in Memory Care household (11-7); excellent caregiver to resident ratios. CBRF experience desirable, but paid on-site training available. Minimum age 18. $600 sign-on bonus!*


Home Care Assistant – Part-time positions available 8am-1pm Saturday and Sunday, 6pm-11:30pm includes every other weekend and part-time with flexible scheduling. Will provide in-home services which may include housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, med reminders, or assistance with dressing and/or grooming. Must be 21 with a valid driver’s license, good driving record and reliable vehicle. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs., and assist with transfers of adult clients. Related experience, especially with seniors, a plus.


Household Attendant, CBRF  Part-time, 8-noon, every other weekend. Position involves light cooking/serving meals and cleaning, with the opportunity to interact with residents in a Memory Care setting.  Minimum age 18.


Resident Associate, Assisted Living – Provide services for seniors in an assisted living apartment setting. Part-time (6:30-2:30) includes every other weekend; occasional openings all shifts. Minimum age 18. $500 sign-on bonus!*


Household Attendant, Health and Rehab – Benefit eligible opening on Days (7-3); and part-time openings Days (7-3) and PMs (4-8) including every other weekend. Position involves light cooking/serving meals and cleaning, with the opportunity to interact with residents. Minimum age 16.


Custodian – Full-time, benefit eligible position (2:00 – 10:30pm), including every fifth weekend; and part-time opening 2 days a week including every 4th weekend. Duties include floor care, housekeeping and room set-up. Must be customer service oriented.


Housekeeper  Occasional position, serving seniors in an independent living setting.
