Marketing Manager – We are seeking to fill this new position with an experienced marketing professional who will develop and implement a strategic marketing plan for the organization. Working collaboratively with other team members, this position will help to develop promotional materials, advertisements and presentations to promote Shorehaven as well as help to oversee the marketing and communication needs of the Shorehaven Foundation. Responsibilities will also include managing the company’s Brand in all forms of media and communication, developing and monitoring the marketing budget, and assisting in developing and implementing community outreach programs.
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field with a minimum of five years’ experience in a marketing, public relations or communication position. Previous experience in senior care preferred. Must be flexible with respect to work hours as some nights and weekends will be required. This position is full-time and eligible for our generous and comprehensive benefit program.
Senior Living Coordinator –We are seeking a Senior Living Coordinator to respond to inquiries, give tours, and assist residents and families in assessing the appropriateness of each of the different levels of care. This position will act as the primary contact for our Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments, but will assist with transitions throughout the campus. Responsibilities also include overseeing the leasing process, reporting trends, and assuring compliance with CCRC and RCAC rules and regulations. Will also serve as a resource to the community regarding available senior services.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, social services, communications or a related field and sales/marketing experience with knowledge of the continuum of services in senior housing. Excellent communication skills, the ability to interact successfully with diverse individuals and groups, and a professional appearance and demeanor are also required. Must be flexible with respect to work hours as some night and weekends will be required.

Groundskeeper- winter snow removal position / Temporary
We are seeking an individual who will be available on-call for snow removal. Must be able to shovel snow and operate power snow equipment. Prior experience using various types of snow removal equipment ranging from walk-behind snow blowers to plow trucks and skid steer required. Minimum age 18.

Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (RN/LPN) – Benefit eligible opening Nights (10-6:15), part-time AMs, PMs and Nights, includes every other weekend. May work with rehab or long-term care residents.
Resident Associate – Assisted Living – Part-time – 6:00am – 2:30 pm or 2:30pm to 10:30pm; including every other weekend. We are seeking an individual to provide services in assisted living apartment (RCAC) settings. Help with medications, baths and other personal cares, assist with dining, etc. Additional hours may be available. Previous caregiving experience desirable; minimum age 18. Caring heart a must! Wages negotiable based on experience.
Home Care Assistant – Part-time positions available 8am-1pm Saturday and Sunday, 6pm-11:30pm includes every other weekend and part-time with flexible scheduling. Will provide in-home services which may include housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, med reminders, or assistance with dressing and/or grooming. Must be 21 with a valid driver’s license, good driving record and reliable vehicle. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs., and assist with transfers of adult clients. Related experience, especially with seniors, a plus.
Household Attendant, Health and Rehab Center – Benefit eligible opening on Days (7-3); and part-time openings Days (7-3) and PMs (4-8) including every other weekend. Position involves light cooking/serving meals and cleaning, with the opportunity to interact with residents. Minimum age 16. Training provided.
Housekeeper – Full-time, benefit eligible position (7:00am – 3:00pm). Performs housekeeping tasks in apartments and various locations. Serving seniors in an independent living setting.
