Memory Care Coordinator – We are seeking an experienced LPN to guide the daily activities of staff and clients in our Memory Care CBRF. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated collaborative approach to supervision and experience working with residents with Dementia as well as knowledge of CBRF Regs. Guided by the Principals of Person First, this position will be involved in hiring and training staff; will maintain communications with families; and will take an active role in Admissions, Behavioral programming, and Plans of care, responding appropriately to the changing health needs of the residents. Hours will be full-time, primarily Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, with some evening and weekend hours; will be in weekend on-call rotation. RN – PM Supervisor – We are seeking an experienced RN with evidence of leadership skills to oversee the care of residents, primarily in long-term & rehab settings, on 2nd shift. Outstanding assessment and strong communication skills required; this position works closely with MD’s and provides guidance for staff. At only 4 shifts/week (including every other weekend), this position is eligible for our full benefit program. Resident Associate – Assisted Living – Part-time – 6:00am – 2:30 pm or 2:30pm to 10:30pm; including every other weekend. We are seeking an individual to provide services in assisted living apartment (RCAC) settings. Help with medications, baths and other personal cares, assist with dining, etc. Additional hours may be available. Previous caregiving experience desirable; minimum age 18. Caring heart a must! Wages negotiable based on experience.
Home Care Assistant – Part-time positions available 8am-1pm Saturday and Sunday, 6pm-11:30pm includes every other weekend and part-time with flexible scheduling. Will provide in-home services which may include housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, med reminders, or assistance with dressing and/or grooming. Must be 21 with a valid driver’s license, good driving record and reliable vehicle. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs., and assist with transfers of adult clients. Related experience, especially with seniors, a plus.
Household Attendant, Health and Rehab Center – Benefit eligible opening on Days (7-3); and part-time openings Days (7-3) and PMs (4-8) including every other weekend. Position involves light cooking/serving meals and cleaning, with the opportunity to interact with residents. Minimum age 16. Training provided.
Housekeeper – Full-time, benefit eligible position (7:00am – 3:00pm). Performs housekeeping tasks in apartments and various locations. Serving seniors in an independent living setting.
