Human Resources Coordinator – We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Coordinator for this key position. Working closely with the Director of Human Resources, you will be involved in on-boarding new staff, maintaining personnel records in both paper and the HRIS, and producing various HR reports. Responsibilities also include maintaining group insurance records (enrollments, terminations, monthly audit of bills) and responding to related questions. May assist with reference checking and recruitment advertising.  Prior experience should include at least two years relevant Human Resources experience.  This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8 am – 4 pm, and is eligible for our full benefit program.


Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (RN/LPN) – Part-time including benefit eligible positions (4 shifts/week) available on all shifts.  Positions include every other weekend. May work with rehab or long-term care residents.  If you are a team builder with a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of the seniors we serve we hope to hear from you.


Certified Medication Technician – Provide personal care for residents and administer medications including eye, ear, nose drops and dose-metered inhalers as instructed, keeping nurse informed of any side effects, medication refusals and PRN requests, etc.  Day or PM shift available with flexible hours; shifts may be 4, 8 or 12 hours long.  Must have CNA and Medication Technician certifications. Sign-on bonuses up to $1000 are currently being offered

Certified Nursing Assistant – Work in a 5-Star facility where the resident to caregiver ratios are low.  Benefit eligible positions available on all shifts; part-time positions also available. Up to $2,000 sign-on bonus for Nights; up to $1000 for PM shift and $500 for Day shift!*


Care Companion – Provide personal care and assistance for residents of our Memory Care CBRF, including recording vital signs, reporting changes in condition to the nurse, and providing for the safety of residents.  You would work in a household of up to 13 residents with excellent resident to caregiver ratios.  CBRF experience and/or certification is desirable but we will provide training/certification.  Minimum age required is 18.  Part-time positions available on AM or PM shifts. Occasional status positions also available.

Cook – This position is available in the kitchen of our Assisted Living community and is eligible for our full benefit program. Shorehaven offers a continuum of care to seniors and is known as the Specialist in Serving Seniors.  Shifts may vary between 6:30 – 2:00 pm and 12 – 7 pm. Four shifts/ week including every other weekend.  The ideal candidate will have experience cooking in a similar setting but we are willing to train if you bring a passion for cooking! 


Dining Attendant – Part-time, 4-8 pm, 2-3 shifts/week.  Work in the beautiful lakeside restaurant of our independent living apartments.  Take orders, set and clear tables, serve food, assist with dishes.  Experience not required.  Minimum age 16. 


Food Service Aide – This Food Service position is available in the large, modern kitchen of our Skilled Nursing Facility.  Duties of this position include serving salads and desserts, prepping vegetables, fruits, etc. Dishwashing duties as needed.  Position hours are 6:30 am – 2:30 pm four days/week including every other weekend.


Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (RN/LPN) – Benefit eligible opening full-time Night Shift and part-time PM; includes every other weekend. May work with rehab or long-term care residents.


Homemaker / Household Attendant – This part-time position assists in a household of up to 15 residents and works closely with our CNAs. Primary duties include light cooking, serving meals and cleaning, with the opportunity to interact with residents.  Part-time positions are available on day shift (7:00 am-3:00 pm 1-2 shifts per week) or PMs, 4:00pm – 8:00pm, 4 shifts per week).  Positions include every other weekend.  Minimum age 16.  Prior experience with seniors a plus.


Home Care Assistant – Part-time positions available 8am-1pm Saturday and Sunday, 6pm-11:30pm includes every other weekend and part-time with flexible scheduling. Will provide in-home services which may include housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, med reminders, or assistance with dressing and/or grooming. Must be 21 with a valid driver’s license, good driving record and reliable vehicle. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs., and assist with transfers of adult clients. Related experience, especially with seniors, a plus.

Housekeeper, Part-time, 25 or 30 hours/week – We have two positions available:

Housekeeper – Lake Terrace:  The primary duty of this new position will be cleaning apartments as scheduled for residents of our beautiful independent living apartments.  Additional duties include cleaning public areas such as restrooms, hallways, laundry rooms and common areas.  Hours are 7:30 am – 12:30 pm Monday – Friday with no weekends. 

Housekeeper – This part-time position is responsible for cleaning public areas in our 5 Star Health and Rehabilitation Center, including restrooms, hallways, laundry rooms and common areas.  Hours are 7 am – 1:00 pm, also Monday-Friday with no weekends.  Extra hours may be available occasionally. This position is eligible for our full benefit program.

Related experience a plus but formal experience not required.  Customer service orientation essential!
