Wollersheim Wines will be served for $3 per glass or a bottle purchase for $15 This gala is designed to take you back in time to the evening of April 14, 1912 when the White Star Line Cruise Ship, Titanic, embarked on an expedition that would change history forever. Join us as we recapture this historical event. The voyage begins as we dine in the upper deck bistro (Roehl Auditorium) where Chef Anthony will prepare a delectable entrée to include: dinde avec farce (roasted turkey with cranberry stuffing), tender wild rice, and vegetable Scandinavia served with a rustic dinner roll. For dessert, a garnished vanilla/chocolate ice cream duo. Host a table and invite up to seven guests to dine with you, or join us and make new friends. Along with fine dining, we will show the most recent Smithsonian documentary, which sheds tangible evidence on the unsolvable mystery of the Titanic’s sinking. Come in era costume if you would like.
