Fitness Center Manager – Due to expansion, we are seeking an experienced fitness professional to manage our NEW fitness center/pool and programs.  Develop, schedule and implement classes to meet the needs of seniors; conduct needs assessments, evaluate abilities and work with Rehab Services to help individuals maintain physical wellness.  Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or a related field and at least 2 year’s experience in developing, overseeing and executing physical wellness programs, including experience with Aquatics, required.  Must  have ACE, AFAA or similar certification.  Experience with senior population and gerontology education desirable.

 

Building Maintenance Mechanic – Diverse position available for experienced mechanic with problem-solving aptitude.  Duties will include welding & metal fabrication, repair of commercial kitchen equipment & HVAC building automation systems including commercial rooftop units, automotive repair & basic plumbing, electrical & carpentry work.  Must have min. 5 yrs. related experience, be knowledgeable of wiring schematics & be willing to obtain WHEA mechanic certification.  Pool operator certification a plus.  Full-time weekdays with after hours on-call rotation.

 

Resident Care Coordinator, RN – This opportunity is available due to retirement!  We are seeking an RN to supervise the care of residents in our Assisted Living RCAC and Independent Living Apartments, providing case management services including assessments and service plans, and nursing care.  Assist in hiring, training, supervising and evaluating staff.  Oversee med administration by staff.  Must have current RN licensure and a minimum of 1 year related experience, including experience with the senior population.  Primarily M-F with on call responsibilities.

 

Restaurant Manager/Chef – Due to expansion, we are seeking a hands-on Restaurant Mgr/Chef to oversee our restaurant and café.  This is a full-time position with excellent hours and benefits; no late nights! Assoc. deg. in Culinary or Hospitality Mgmt. and two years’ experience with demonstrated supervisory skills required.  Experience opening a new restaurant desirable.

 

CNA/Long Term Care – Benefit eligible opening PMs and Nights, part-time all shifts – $500 sign-on bonus for all shifts!*

 

Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (RN/LPN) – Benefit eligible AMs, part-time all shifts, includes every other weekend. May work with rehab or long-term care residents. Generous sign-on bonus for all Nursing positions!

 

Care Companion/CBRF – Looking for caregivers to work in Memory Care household; CBRF experience desirable. Paid on-site training available. Excellent caregiver to resident ratios.  Minimum age 18. Benefit eligible opening Nights, Part-time Days (7-3) and PMs (3-11).  $600 sign-on bonus!*

 

Household Attendant, CBRF – Part-time, 8-noon, every other weekend. Position involves light cooking/serving meals and cleaning, with the opportunity to interact with residents in a Memory Care setting.  Minimum age 18.

 

Home Care Assistant – flexible scheduling, part-time (20 hrs/wk currently available).  Will provide in-home services which may include housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, med reminders, or assistance with dressing and/or grooming.  Must be at least 21 with a valid driver’s license, good driving record and reliable vehicle.  Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs., and assist with transfers of adult clients.  Related experience, especially with seniors, a plus.

 

Household Attendant – Part-time openings Days (7-3); includes every other weekend. Position involves light cooking/serving meals and cleaning, with the opportunity to interact with residents.  Minimum age 16.

 

Housekeeper – Immediate opening part-time 9-2, no weekends, serving seniors in an independent living setting.  Occasional position also available, M-F, AM shift varies 6-2, 6:30-2:30, 7-3:30; will consider summer/temp applicants.

 

Café Cook,  Café LaBelle –  Experienced cook needed for short-order style cooking; part-time, 6-2:30 or 8-4:30, every other weekend.

 

Café Attendant, Café LaBelle – Part-time, 7-3:30 or 8-4.  Cheerful demeanor a must in this front counter position; will take orders and do simple food prep.  Minimum age 18.

 

Wait Staff, Lake Terrace Apartments – Part-time, dinner hours (4-8), some Sat/Sun in our independent apartment complex serving seniors.  Great atmosphere. Min. age 16; related experience a plus but not required.
